The following General Terms & Conditions are entered into by and between SEGURNEO CONSULTING, S.L., a Spanish company with registered office at C/ Príncipe de Vergara 132, 9º, 28002 Madrid, and VAT number B-21652078, and the party identified as the Client in the Sapira Platform.
The following Terms & Conditions set out the legal framework for the use of the Sapira Platform. We recommend that you read them carefully, as, together with the Privacy Policy to which reference will be made, they constitute the rules governing its use.
In order to complete the registration, access and use of the Sapira Platform, you must expressly accept the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Sapira and the bespoke AI systems it offers to enterprise clients. The Site is for informational purposes only and does not by itself constitute a contractual offer or the provision of services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond what is expressly permitted.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or unlawful content.
- Use the Site to infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, design, and the “Sapira” brand — is owned by SEGURNEO CONSULTING, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws. No right or licence is granted to use such content beyond ordinary browsing without our prior written consent.
4. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites operated by parties unrelated to us. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content. Any reliance you place on the information is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEGURNEO CONSULTING, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
7. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
8. Changes to the Site and the Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to the consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
