AI Deployment Strategist

Madrid

About us

About PHARO: the cognitive engine for heavy enterprise operations. While most AI tools are built to chat, draft emails, or summarize data, we build AI that actually executes. We deploy networks of specialized, multi-agent systems that plug directly into legacy systems. These agents autonomously read unstructured documents, navigate complex deterministic decision trees, and execute end-to-end workflows without human intervention. We turn slow, manual back-office bottlenecks into highly scalable digital assembly lines.

We don't build software for Silicon Valley; we build operational infrastructure for the physical economy. Our focus is strictly on high-stakes, high-volume environments like supply chain, heavy manufacturing, and logistics. And we are not just building for the future — we are operating at scale today. PHARO is already powering the back-office operations of €1B+ revenue industrial titans.

About the role

The AI Deployment Strategist is the ultimate owner of this transformation. You are part strategic advisor, part technical architect, and full owner of the client's success. Your mandate is to take our multi-agent technology and wire it into the operational nervous system of massive enterprises. You will lead the charge from the boardroom to the codebase — pitching C-suite Economic Buyers on operational ROI in the morning, and designing the technical workflows, prompts, and data integrations in the afternoon.

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you aren't just managing an account; you are functioning as an intrapreneur, building highly profitable AI use-cases inside the world's most complex businesses.

Responsibilities

Deliver "WOW" (Client Ownership)

  • Radical Ownership. Take absolute responsibility for client outcomes. Address concerns, clear roadblocks, and own the problems — even if they fall outside your direct area of expertise.
  • Executive Presence. Build bulletproof relationships across the client organization, conducting high-impact on-site visits when necessary to drive adoption.
  • Close the Loop. Create a relentless feedback loop between the client's reality and PHARO's Engineering, Product, and Strategy teams.

Land & Expand

  • You are not a salesperson but you must hunt for value. Deeply understand the client's architecture to unlock new opportunities for AI application at scale.
  • Drive metrics. Define, track, and report success metrics of our AI deployments.
  • Enablement. Lead technical and operational training to ensure the product fundamentally changes how the client works.

Deployment Management

  • Build the solution. Lead the hands-on implementation of PHARO's AI agents to solve complex, client-specific workflows.
  • Iterate quickly. Adjust and fine-tune the product implementation (prompts, workflow logic, integrations) based on real-world data and user feedback.
  • Bridge the gap. Translate highly complex business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate fiercely with our core Product and Engineering teams to build scalable platform features.

What we value

  • Deep divers. Professionals who refuse superficial answers, ask "why" five times, and love getting into the weeds of complex processes.
  • Zero ego. Low need for individual recognition. You prioritize the outcome and the team's success over personal credit.
  • Chaos navigators. Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
  • Disproportionate urgency. A bias for immediate action, always balanced with a mindset for scalability and building replicable processes.
  • Rapid learners. Insatiably curious people who can learn incredibly difficult concepts quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience. 4 to 8 years of high-impact professional experience. (Former founders, Tier-1 strategy consultants, forward-deployed engineers, or technical product managers thrive in this role).
  • Business acumen. Strong analytical background with the ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and connect technical realities to P&L impact.
  • Stakeholder management. Battle-tested experience managing complex projects and navigating enterprise client relationships.
  • Communication. Elite collaboration and communication skills, capable of translating between deeply technical engineering teams and non-technical business executives.

Our values

  • Matter-of-fact. Why show you what's possible when we can show you what's working? We go and deliver, with real evidence. We don't pitch the future of AI — we point at the workflows it's already running.
  • Cutting through the theater. Corporate life is full of "coordination theater" — meetings about meetings, tools about tools. Being sincere means calling out the theater. We don't just report on the landscape; we trade polite dashboards for honest friction.
  • Ahead of the standard. This is how companies will operate. We're continuously searching the edge of what is possible, and we bring our clients with us.
